Sheriff Bonds Update in the Stone County Leader

The following information is taken from the daily activity logs of deputies with the Stone County Sheriff's Office.
During the week of 12/7 - 12/13 deputies:
. Served various civil legal papers around the county.
. Made severe weather patrols in the county.
. Served felony warrants on Big Springs Road.
. Assisted DHS with home visit on Gypsy Lane.
. Responded to a domestic disturbance on Sawmill Road. Resulted in one felony arrest.
. Responded to an alarm at Rural Special School. Found a door open.
. Responded to an animal/vehicle accident on Hwy. 5 north.
. Transported an inmate to the hospital.
. Responded to a disturbance call at Mountain View Villas.
. Responded to a domestic disturbance in the Blue Sky area, resulted in one arrest and one transported to the hospital.
. Made building checks at Timbo, Fox area, Ben area, Dodd Mountain, Allison and Optimus.
. Made an arrest for theft of property (gas from a church van at Pleasant Grove.)
. Responded to a traffic accident at Rural Special. No personal injuries.
. Made a civil standby at Rural Special School.
. Made an arrest on Herpel Road on an existing warrant.
. Responded to a structure fire near Younger Sawmill on Hwy. 5 North.
. Transported four inmates to circuit court.
. Checked on the welfare of a River Ridge Road resident.
. Responded to a domestic disturbance on Ridge Road. No charges.
. Responded to a prowler call on Vine Street and Cynthia.
. Responded to a call on noise disturbance on Jimmy Driftwood Drive.
. Participated in the "Shop With A Cop" program.
. Responded to a call on an unresponsive male subject. Subject deceased.
. Investigated break-in at Fox, Sugar Hill Road, and the Herpel area.
. Responded to a two vehicle accident on Hwy. 5 South. Multiple injuries.
. Reserve officers supervised trash pick up of four miles of highway and 23 bags of trash.
