On April 29th 2013 Kelly Dale Bonds was charged in Stone County Circuit Court with theft of services, a class "D" felony. Entergy personnel discovered a foreign device placed near the transformer servicing a residence in Fox. An investigation by the Stone County Sheriff's Office and Entergy Corp. revealed that Kelly Dale Bonds used a piece of metal to bypass the fuse system near the transformer in order to receive the power at his residence. His bond was set at $5000.00.
