*** NEW SCAM*** BE AWARE*** There is a subject calling local residences and cell phones.  They are calling saying they are Chief Terry Rutledge of the Mountain View Police Department and the caller ID shows Mountain View Police Department. They are stating that they owe fines and if they don't pay the fines then they will send Prosecutor/Officers out to arrest them. They are wanting you to get a GreenDot card at Walmart and send a payment.. DO NOT DO THIS.. WE DO NOT CALL AND REQUEST PAYMENT AT ANYTIME. IF YOU THINK IT MIGHT BE A LEGIT CONTACT US AND VERIFY.
