On February 19th 2014, 16th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Don McSpadden charged Stephen Boettcher age 21, and Jessica Crafton age 21, both of Mountain View with Theft of Property a class D Felony. A complaint received by the Stone County Sheriff's Office was investigated and resulted in the charges being filed. Their bonds were set by he court at $2500.00 each.
