On June 4th 2014, 16th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorneys Don McSpadden charged Chris S Fink Jr. 28 of Tennessee with Breaking or Entering a class "D" Felony, Theft of Property a class D Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a class A Misdemeanor.

On June 3rd 2014 Stone County Deputies responded to a call regarding a stolen vehicle. The investigation following the call resulted in Fink being arrested less than an hour later. The Stone County Circuit clerk has set Fink's bond at $25,000.00
