Sheriff Lance Bonds states that on Friday, September 2, 2016, at approximately 2:44PM, Investigator Jim Doss of the Stone County Sheriff’s Department and officers with Arkansas Community Correction had knowledge that Holly ENGLE was living at 6559 Roasting Ear Road in Fifty Six, AR.  ENGLE is on parole and the officers were doing a home visit.  Investigator Doss and ACC Officers pulled into the residence and observed ENGLE on the front porch.  ENGLE than ran into the residence after contact with her was made.

Investigator Doss and the agent entered into the residence as ENGLE was coming out of the bathroom.  Inside the bathroom on the floor was a marijuana smoking pipe and a small screw driver in the toilet.  The ACC agent took ENGLE into custody for the marijuana pipe.  A search of the common areas and bedroom of ENGLE was conducted by the agent and Doss.  The agent discovered two lock boxes in the closet of ENGLE'S  room on the top shelf.  When asked about the lockbox, ENGLE stated that she didn’t have the key to the one box and the other box she didn’t know who it belonged to.

The box was opened by officers, and numerous amounts of drug paraphernalia was located inside.  There were numerous jewelry style baggies,(some of which had white residue inside), a set of digital scales, syringes, straws with white residue inside, spoons and scoops with white residue inside, a glass smoking device with a tube connected that had white residue inside, tin foil with white residue inside, and numerous marijuana smoking devices, and a marijuana grinder.  At least two of the jewelry style baggies field tested positive as having had methamphetamine inside.  The scoops and the glass smoking device had residue inside that field tested positive as crystal methamphetamine.

ENGLE was arrested for parole violations and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Stone County Detention Center, where she awaits a Circuit Court date.
