TERRORISTIC ACT - / AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Sheriff Lance Bonds states that on July 28th, 2017 Stone County deputies responded to a report of shots fired on Prince Loop in Stone County. After arriving in the area, deputies met with the victim/complainant.

The complainant stated that EDWARD CONDREY, the suspect, and another person had a conflict between one another and the victim was "black and blue". The complainant stated that the victim wanted to go somewhere to get away from the suspect so he was taken her somewhere. The victim stated that the suspect had been beating on her all week, but she hadn't told anyone.

The complainant stated that once they were in the vehicle, the suspect kicked the side of his vehicle, and then he heard a gunshot. As he continued to drive away, a second shot struck in front of the vehicle.

Officers began a search for CONDREY and located him hiding underneath a residence on Prince Loop. When CONDREY was located, he was unarmed however, Investigator Justin Meeks located the weapon believed to be used inside a shed in close proximity to CONDREY'S location.
