Sheriff Lance Bonds announced today that criminal charges have been file in the following case:
- On July 17, 2012, charges were filed against Tabitha Faye Bliss (07/102/1993) (17665 Hwy. 263 Fox, Arkansas) in relation to the 2011 Thanksgiving break-in of the Fox Country Store in Fox, Arkansas. During the burglary, property was damaged and stolen from the business. During the eight month long investigation, evidence was brought to light that identified Bliss as being involved and/or responsible for the crime. Sheriff Bonds states that other arrests are possible in this case, and that the investigation ongoing.
16TH Judicial District Prosecutor Don McSpadden’s office filed formal charges of
Commercial Burglary, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree and Theft of Property against Bliss,
on July 17, 2012. Bliss’ bond has been set at $5,000.00 by Judge Kemp of Stone County.
She has been given a court date of August 9, 2012 at 9:30 AM.
