Sheriff Bonds update in Stone County Leader
The following information is taken from the daily activity reports of deputies with the Stone County Sheriff's Office.
During the week of 1/11 - 1/17 deputies:
. Made one arrest at Big Springs Cemetery. Drug related.
. Made multiple building checks at schools, churches, fire departments and stores.
. Responded to a broken down vehicle on Hwy. 66.
. Made a vandalism report on Lord Lane.
. Responded to a house fire at Newnata.
. Made a theft report on Hwy. 87.
. Checked on the welfare of a Blanchard Springs camper.
. Responded to a call on rocks and water across the highway on Fox Mountain.
. Made a theft report on Hwy. 14 east.
. Responded to a house fire on Hwy. 14 east.
. Responded to a call on Herpel Road. One arrest for parole violation.
. Responded to a call on Herpel Road. Located stolen guns.Made one arrest.
. Responded to a domestic disturbance on Misenheimer Road. No arrests.
. Responded to a domestic disturbance on Herpel Road. No arrests.
. Responded to a call on a suspicious person walking down Hwy. 9 south. Made contact. No arrest.
. Responded to a noise complaint on QMC Road.
. Responded to a complaint of shots fired in neighborhood on Fall Loop.
. Provided funeral traffic control.
. Assisted multiple vehicles in snow storm.
. Responded to an attempted break-in at Mellon's Country Store.
. Responded to a verbal dispute on Lindsey Hill Road. Subject told to leave.
. Responded to a property dispute on Blue Sky Road.
. Responded to a prowler call on Younger Access Rd.
