On 5-22-2013, Deputy Justin Smith stopped a car for speeding on Highway 5 North. The driver was identified as Billy Jack Wilson. After further investigation, a methamphetamine smoking pipe containing crystal meth was located in the car. Wilson was arrested on 2 Class D felonies. Wilson is charged with speeding, possession of controlled substance, (crystal meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilson's bond was set at $10,000. Wilson is being held on a parole violation.
