On 6-26-2014, members of the Stone County Sheriff's Department, Arkansas State Police, 16th District Drug Task Force, Mountain View Police Department, and Arkansas Game and Fish Commission executed a narcotic search warrant on Highway 5 south in Stone County.
Derick Dayberry and Matthew Sullivan were arrested on multiple felony drug charges. Derick Dayberry, age 26, of Mountain Vi...ew is being charged with maintaining a drug premises, possession of a firearm by certain persons, and possession of marijuana.
Matthew Sullivan, age 32, of Mountain View, is being charged with three counts of delivery of marijuana, maintaining a drug premises, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of morphine, possession of hydrocodone, and possession of marijuana with the purpose to deliver. Investigators seized approximately 10 ounces of marijuana with a street value of approximately $1000.00. Morphine and Hydrocodone was also seized with a street value of $100.00.

They are currently being held awaiting a bond from the Stone County Circuit Clerk as of 6-26-2014.
