Sheriff Lance Bonds states that on Tuesday October 25th deputies responded to a call on Misenheimer road in regards to a female blocking a drive to a residence with her vehicle. Tracie Misenheimer was arrested on charges of DWI (an unclassified Misdemeanor), Aggravated Assault (a Class "D" Felony) and Refusal to submit to arrest (an unclassified Misdemeanor),  after an altercation with family members.

Her bond was set at $5,000.00
