Sheriff Lance Bonds states that on 11/28/2017 at 5:04 PM, Investigator Sean Hickman with the Stone County Sheriff’s Office and an Investigator with the ASP Crimes Against Children Division interviewed Timothy Cullipher of Mountain View, at the Stone County CID Office due to an investigation for Sexual Contact, Sexual Penetration, and Voyeurism with a female juvenile.

In a post Miranda interview, Cullipher stated he had pinched the victim's "Breast" multiple times and constantly pinched the victim's "Buttocks."  Other aspects of the interview are contained in the original case file.  

During the course of the investigation, investigators developed probable cause and presented Sixteenth Judicial prosecuting Attorney Holly Meyer, with an affidavit for Cullipher's arrest.  Cullipher has been charged with Sexual Assault in the Fourth Degree, a Class "A" Misdemeanor and Sexual Indecency with a Minor, a Class "D" Felony.  Cullipher's bond has been set at $25,000.00
