Stone County Sheriff Lance Bonds states that on February 16, 2018, Stone County Investigators responded to the Timbo School in Timbo, Arkansas, in regard to a 17 year old juvenile student making threats to cause harm to others in the school.

After arriving at the school, investigators conducted interviews with staff and students alike concerning the allegations.  After concluding the interviews, a 17 year old student was taken into custody for making threats.  The student was transported to a juvenile holding facility.

Sheriff Bonds has enlisted the assistance of the Arkansas State Police and the Sixteenth Judicial Prosecuting Attorney's Office in order to resolve this case.  Details of the case will be made available when appropriate. 

The case remains under investigation.
