Stone County Sheriff Lance Bonds said two arrest have been made by Stone County investigators along with the assistance of the Arkansas Crimes Against Children Division and the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division.

On December 5th, 2018 CACD/DHS received a report from a minor stating she had been raped for the last 6 years. As a result of the investigation that Lloyd Stair from Stone County was charged with Eight (8) counts of Rape which is a class “Y” Felony. Additionally his wife Stephanie Stair was charged with eight (8) counts of Permitting abuse of a minor which is a class “B” Felony. Both are jailed at the Stone County Detention Center.
